WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ADD AN ITEM TO MY SHOPPING CART?

All orders on Trickshop.com are processed using UltraCart's shopping cart system. After adding an item to your shopping cart, your browser will automatically be redirected to http://secure.ultracart.com/; a secure website where you can proceed to checkout or continue shopping. If you continue shopping, for your convenience, you'll see your current shopping cart total at the top of the right column on each web page.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can pay us directly with Visa or MasterCard or by PayPal. In either case, you'll be redirected to a secure server before being prompted to enter your payment details. Secure page addresses begin with "https" instead of just "http". You'll also see a closed padlock in your browser's status bar. This is your assurance that you've established a secure session.

NOTE: You don't have to be a PayPal member to pay us with PayPal.

CAN I PAY BY E-CHECK?

Yes, if you choose PayPal as your payment option, you can pay by electronic check. Please note, e-checks require manual processing on our end. Your download information will be sent as quickly as possible between 9 am and 9 pm CST. If you are ordering from overseas when it is night-time in the USA, your download may not be enabled until we open the next day.

HOW WILL I GET THE DOWNLOADS I PURCHASED?

Upon successful completion of your transaction either by credit card through us or PayPal, your browser will be re-directed to a download page on the UltraCart server. You will see a download link for each item purchased. You can click on that link to start your download. Or, if the download is not too large, you can opt to have the file sent to the email address you provided at the time of order.

WHAT IF I AM NOT TAKEN TO THE DOWNLOAD PAGE?

You will also receive an email with a link to your download page. This is sent by autoresponder and usually arrives within a minute or two after you complete your transaction.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD MY EBOOKS?

Download details are valid for 72 hours from the time of purchase. However, if you need more time, just drop us an email and we will send new download details good for an additional 3 days.

WHAT IF MY COMPUTER CRASHES?

While we strongly recommend backing up any ebooks you purchase, we will gladly replace any ebook purchased for up to one year. Again, just drop us an email. As soon as we verify your purchase, we will resend any files purchased.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY DOWNLOAD INFORMATION?

From time to time, a valid Visa/MasterCard order is "flagged" for discrepancies (between the cardholder's details/location and the buyer's details/location or other factors) by our fraud screening process. This process is in place for your protection and helps us to minimize unauthorized transactions. Similar to electronic checks, we are required to manually approve flagged orders. No charge is made to your card prior to that point. This is handled as quickly as possible, 7 days a week, between 9 am and 9 pm CST.

Please note, PayPal orders are not subject to our fraud screening process, since PayPal has it's own security measures in place.

CAN I PRINT THE PDF FILES I PURCHASED?

Yes, our files are all designed to print-on-demand. There are no restrictions on printing.

DO I NEED A PASSWORD TO OPEN TRICKSHOP.COM PDF FILES?

Absolutely not. All files are only password-protected from modification. No password is required to open, view and print in Acrobat Reader.

WHAT TYPE OF USAGE LICENSE AM I GRANTED?

All Trickshop.com PDFs are licensed for unlimited personal use. You are free to open, view and print the publication, as needed, for your own personal use. You cannot, however, re-sell a copy you print nor can you re-sell or re-distribute our electronic file in any form.

WHAT VERSION OF ACROBAT READER DO I NEED?

We recommend Acrobat Reader 5.x or later. If you need to install the FREE Acrobat Reader or upgrade your current version, just go to
http://www.adobe.com/acrobat/readstep2.html.

DO I NEED TO "UNZIP" TRICKSHOP.COM PDF FILES?

Most of our files come simply as PDFs and are NOT zipped. However UltraCart offers you the option of zipping your files. Zipped files open with WinZip or an equivalent program, like the FREE CAM unZip program at http://www.camunzip.com/.

WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM DOWNLOADING OR OPENING A PDF FILE?

Contact us. We're here to help. Just let us know the nature of the problem in your message.

HOW MUCH DOES TRICKSHOP.COM CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

All "shipped goods," such as special decks, card sets, etc., include postage paid worldwide! We ship US orders by either First Class or Priority Mail and international orders by First Class Air Mail (formerly Letter Post). Please allow about one week for delivery of US orders and one to three weeks international delivery. All orders are shipped prepaid, however international customers are responsible for any taxes, duties or incoming customs fees applied by their own government.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX ON TRICKSHOP.COM ITEMS?

Illinois residents (only) are charged 7.75% state sales tax. Our shopping cart will automatically add this amount to your order when you specify delivery to an Illinois address. Customers who reside in other US states, or other countries, are NOT charged sales tax.

SEND AN EMAIL TO HELP@TRICKSHOP.COM. It's the most efficient way for us to handle your inquiry. We will respond as quickly as possible. To ensure your email is opened and responded to promptly, please enter one of the following words as the subject of your message: "help," "support" or "contact". Our email system filters messages with the special subject words mentioned into a priority mail folder. Please DO NOT leave the subject line blank. We receive an extremely high volume of email messages each day, so please help us identify yours quickly.

NOTE: If you ever email us and don't receive a reply within 24 hours, please check your email address, the subject line and resend. You may also want to check your "spam" or "bulk mail" folder to make sure our reply wasn't sent there by your ISP/email provider.
